Cubic Light

For the second light project, Lighting an installation, I folded some origami boxes and lit each of them with light,  then I spilled some water on the floor in front of the boxes so that the reflection of the boxes would also be apparent in the photographs. I used the colors Red, Green and Blue because they are the primary colors used in light theory. I also played around with using boxes without the color, and attached the results too. I really loved the outcome to all of these projects, even though they are minimalist pieces of artwork I still think that the simplicity gives them a certain grace that lets the light really become elaborated with the darkness of the surroundings.
